Playing With Us: Account, Bonus and Age Rules
These terms describe what we expect from players and what you can expect from us. Read them together with the rules of any promotion you take up, because each offer comes with its own terms.
Account Rules
Your account with us works on a few simple rules:
- You must be at least 18 years old to play.
- Your account is reached with your own unique ID and password, and you may add two-factor authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential.

- Either you or we can close the account at any time.

- Server logs and records act as the final authority if a dispute arises about what happened in a game.

What These Terms Cover
Bonuses
Bonuses come with conditions, and these are the main ones. Deposit bonuses have wagering requirements, and real money from your balance is wagered first, and only then the bonus money. To have any deposit bonus credited, you need to deposit at least £20. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is £5 unless special terms for the bonus say otherwise, and a bet above the maximum can lead us to confiscate winnings.
Bonus limits
Only one bonus is available per person, counted by e-mail or IP address, and only one bonus at a time. If you withdraw your deposit before the wagering is met, the bonus and any resulting winnings are forfeited. Bonus hunting, and fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices, can lead us to void or withhold bonuses and winnings.
Support and safer play
Questions go to our support team, which is available around the clock. Each party has 96 hours to respond to a complaint, and a complaint is closed if a party does not respond within that time. Personal limits, cooling-off breaks and self-exclusion are available in your account. While a self-exclusion limit is active, you cannot deposit or withdraw funds, and during a cooling-off break you cannot deposit, although you may withdraw the remaining funds.
Age Requirement
We accept only players who are at least 18 years old, and we use all available methods to stop any attempt by minors to register and play. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity.
